Swim For Life Board President
Rob Serviss
Fulfilling the role of Aquatics Manager, Rob created the progressive learn-to-swim lesson program hosted at Snohomish Aquatic Center and is responsible for developing other aquatic programming. He works closely with Chris Bensen to ensure Swim for Life's 2nd Grade Program runs optimally. Rob has over 20 years' experience in aquatics, including 5 years as a competitive swimmer and 18 years coaching Glacier Peak High School and Snohomish High School's Boys and Girls Swim & Dive Teams.

Chris Bensen
As Swim for Life Board Treasurer, Chris serves as the liason between Snohomish Aquatic Center, Snohomish School District, and families in need. Chris is a 3 year resident of Snohomish, having relocated from New York with her husband Mark and their 4 children. With over 40 years of experience, she has been involved in all levels of aquatic program management, instruction, and certification. Having taught multiple generations of swimmers, her experience also includes 8 years as a competitive swimmer and 10 years as a college coach. Swim for Life is her dream and she is honored to be a part of this very important effort.

Erica Cenci
Erica Cenci is a former Snohomish resident and Snohomish Swim & Dive team record holder. She was a swim and dive team captain at Purdue University and was an NCAA Division I Championship qualifier, school record holder and Big Ten Conference Championships Finalist. Currently, Erica is a US Masters swimmer.

Diane Pedack
Diane is a lifelong resident of Snohomish, and an active community volunteer. She raised four boys with her husband, Rick, all of whom swam competitively for Snohomish High School and the local swim club. All four boys went on to swim at the collegiate level. Diane enjoys to volunteer and is currently co-chair of Operation School Bell®, an organization that clothes needy children in Snohomish County.

Kim Weyer
Kim and her husband Ron are residents of Snohomish, and parents of two children, Alexa and Austin. Their family has been involved with swimming since Alexa and Austin started competitive swimming as small children. Alexa went on to swim in college and Austin now works at Snohomish Aquatic Center. Ron has been an official and referee for many years. Swimming has been an important part of their lives and Kim is thrilled to be a part of Swim for Life, working to get as many kids water-safe as possible.

Lynda Boar
Lynda Boar is an active community volunteer and member of the Snohomish Aquatic Center staff. Lynda and her husband, Chris, have two daughters, Jessica and Ashley, who are both swimmers. Jessica, now an undergraduate at the University of Washington, was one of the captains of the Glacier Peak High School girls swim team in her senior year. Lynda is excited to support Swim for Life, promoting safe swimming in our community. Originally from the United Kingdom, Snohomish has been Lynda’s home for the last 17 years.

Nicole Serviss
Nicole, a Snohomish resident and former competitive swimmer and water polo player, supports Swim for Life through website and media support. As a mother of 4 elementary aged kids, she knows the importance of water safety and is happy to help an organization that supports that.
Swim for Life Board Member
Linda Kautz
Linda and her husband Steve are 40-year residents of Snohomish, raising 3 children who were all swimmers. A retired occupational therapy, Linda provided hydro/aquatic therapy for students in the Snohomish School District for almost 30 years. She has been a volunteer with adaptive aquatics throughout her adulthood and was a national level springboard diver in her youth. Linda has organized a local soccer program for disable athletes for 20+ years. She is thrilled to be involved with Swim For Life recognizing the importance of swim safety for all.
